Joining Caspian in 1986, Neil has a wealth of practical experience within the scaffolding industry. A true entrepreneur in every sense, he came to the company with the viewpoint of a customer and has never lost sight of their needs coming first and foremost.
Under his leadership, Caspian has gone from strength to strength and is now recognised internationally as one of the very best in its field of expertise. With a strategic mind and logical approach, Neil continues to enjoy being an industry leader and has ensured that the business has expanded and the exceptional quality of service has remained. RACHEL GARRISON
Accounts Director
As the daughter of company founder Bob Tyler, Rachel knows the importance of keeping the heart of this family business beating.
Working from the ground up, first as a receptionist upon leaving school, she soon moved onto accounts and credit control. Always with an eye on the future, she is passionate about moving the business forwards to meet the demands of its diverse client base.

With a remarkable 32 years of experience in the construction industry, Simon is a highly valued member of our team.
His journey with Caspian began as the Depot Manager for Scunthorpe, where his expertise and dedication quickly propelled him up the ranks to the position of Operations Director. In this capacity, Simon is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations, ensuring our business runs smoothly and efficiently.
He has also been instrumental in the development of Caspian, working closely with the Managing Director to shape the company’s growth and success over the years. Simon’s extensive industry knowledge and leadership are essential components of our continued excellence.

With an impressive 20 years of invaluable experience, Susan is one of the driving forces behind our company’s success. Previously, she worked with us as a Branch Manager 15 years ago, and her passion for our brand brought her back to take on a new challenge as Sales Director.
In this pivotal role, Susan is responsible for devising and executing the sales strategy, both in the UK and overseas markets. Her expertise extends beyond sales strategy; she also manages our procurement processes, skillfully sourcing and negotiating to ensure our goods meet the highest standards. Susan’s unwavering dedication and extensive experience make her an invaluable asset, propelling our Sales Team’s growth and expansion. In addition, she is the creative force behind our social media presence, expertly running our various platforms to engage with our customers and keep them informed about our latest developments.

EMMA IRVING
Commercial Director
Emma’s journey with our company began in 2006 as a receptionist, and her remarkable journey within Caspian has been marked by her unwavering determination and calm personality. Over the years, Emma’s roles have evolved with ever-increasing responsibility, ultimately leading her to her current position as Commercial Director.
In her role, Emma is responsible for contract supply management for timber, a task that requires her critical eye and daily interaction with the production team. She plays a pivotal role in ensuring the continuous supply of timber, essential for Scaffold Board production, by maintaining strong relationships with timber suppliers. Additionally, Emma manages our internal systems and procedures, ensuring strict compliance with Caspian’s numerous accreditations, including the

Emma Hallas
Finance Manager
Emma’s journey began in business administration, which soon evolved into a fervor for the financial aspects of business.
With determination and dedication, she worked her way up to the role of Credit Control Supervisor, all while pursuing and successfully attaining Level 3 of the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) qualification. In 2019, Emma joined Caspian as our Finance Manager, entrusted with the vital tasks of streamlining accounting procedures and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounts team. With the strong support of Caspian, Emma has achieved a significant milestone by obtaining her AAT Level 4, Professional Diploma in Accounting, showcasing her commitment to excellence in her field.

Senior Sales Executive
After 3 years of police college Richard decided that wasn’t for him, he stumbled into the world of sales within the construction industry and has never looked back.
He joined Caspian in 2019, with over 25 years experience in scaffolding equipment supplies and a true passion for the industry. Caspian as a family run business has an honesty is the best policy approach, something which Richard and all of our sales team put into practice.

Martin is one of Caspian’s longest serving team members, with almost 30 years loyal commitment to the company and our customers.
His knowledge and experience of the scaffolding industry is second to none. Having carried out every task imaginable, from HGV driver to yard foreman, he is now our Hire & Sales Site Manager. His passion for the business ensures all our customers receive a first rate service.

Depot Sales Manager
Phil Cropper is an integral part of our team, boasting an impressive 28-year journey with us. It all began as a three-day favour for a friend when he started as a hire and sale driver, and he never looked back.
Phil’s unwavering dedication and tireless efforts have seen him rise through the ranks, ultimately taking the helm as the manager of our Hull branch, overseeing both hire and sales operations. Phil has since moved on to manage our larger Scunthorpe branch as a Depot Sales Manager, bringing his wealth of experience and commitment to our customers and team. ANDREW PANTRY
Production Manager
From the age of 19 after formal training as a mechanic Andrew ventured into the world of timber and manufacturing, specialising in bespoke kitchen production.
His career saw him rise from the shop floor to team leader and ultimately to production manager. In 2010 he joined John Brash & Co Ltd, managing production line efficiency as continuous improvement facilitator for decking and Scaffold Boards. Andrew’s substantial experience of production processes and continuous improvement lead him to Caspian, adding his knowledge of timber and Scaffold Board production makes him ideally qualified to drive Caspian forward in its endeavour of maximum efficiency throughout the production process.
